• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Because apparently everyone decides to shop at the exact same moment.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. NeuroRelix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at neurorelix26@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or public holidays.
